Cool looking mehndi design reminds one of a bandana scarf. Lighter weight paper makes this design (and all the designs that start with "SW") a little more delicate, but they also glow all the brighter. Cheaper than our regular designs, these are sure to go fast! Includes distance protector for safety and complete assembly instructions. Star lamp measures about 24" from tip to tip.
